Start by measuring the length of your louvers and marking the height on your wall by adding two inches to the overall length of the lovers. Now you can center the headrail of the blinds by placing the headrail where you have your wall markings, you will now need to make a two inch mark that is made about four inches in from each end. Make sure marks for the brackets are evenly spaced.

Holding the brackets up to those two-inch marks you will then need to mark the area that will be for the mounting holes. The next thing to do is to drill holes needed for mounting. Again make sure if you have dry wall to use wall anchors for more sturdiness. Screw the mounting brackets in and make sure to use two screws in each of the brackets used.

Tighten all the screws and snap the headrail into place and do the same with the window blinds that is mentioned with the inside mount.
